1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Looppost ("the Service") at looppost.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Looppost is a web application that allows TikTok creators and agencies to:

• Upload and schedule TikTok photo carousels
• Track post performance analytics (views, likes, engagement over time)
• Manage scheduled content through a dashboard

The Service connects to TikTok via the official TikTok Content Posting API and TikTok Login Kit.

3. Eligibility

• You must have a valid TikTok account in good standing
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

4. TikTok API & Permissions

By connecting your TikTok account, you grant Looppost permission to:

• Read your basic profile info (display name, profile picture)
• List your published videos to display analytics
• Upload photo carousel content to your TikTok inbox on your behalf

Looppost uses only the scopes explicitly listed in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time from your TikTok settings or by deleting your Looppost account.

Your use of the Service is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All content you publish through Looppost
• Ensuring your content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable laws
• Not posting illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Not attempting to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service or TikTok's API
• Keeping your account secure

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content (images, captions) you upload to Looppost. By uploading content, you grant Looppost a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service (i.e., posting to TikTok on your behalf).

We do not claim ownership over your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uptime. Scheduled posts may fail due to:

• TikTok API downtime or rate limits
• Expired or revoked access tokens
• Network issues beyond our control

We are not liable for missed or failed publications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Looppost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or missed posts.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or violate TikTok's policies. You may delete your account at any time via the Data Deletion page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date for any material changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Looppost operates.
