Data Deletion
Your data, your control.
What data we hold about you
When you connect your TikTok account to Looppost, we store:
- Your TikTok user ID, display name, and profile picture
- Your TikTok access token and refresh token
- Scheduled and published posts (captions, image URLs, scheduling time)
- Daily video analytics snapshots (view/like/comment counts)
- Uploaded carousel images
- Session data (login cookies)
How to delete your data
Option 1 — Delete from within your account
If you are logged in, you can delete your account and all associated data directly:
Log in to delete your account
Option 2 — Email request
If you no longer have access to your account, send a deletion request to:
privacy@looppost.xyz
Include your TikTok display name or user ID so we can identify your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your user record is permanently removed from our database
- All scheduled and published posts associated with your account are deleted
- All analytics snapshots for your account are deleted
- All uploaded images in your folder are permanently deleted from our server
- Your access and refresh tokens are deleted — Looppost can no longer access your TikTok account
- Your active session is terminated
Note: Deleting your Looppost account does not delete any content already published on TikTok. To remove published content, use the TikTok app directly.
Revoking TikTok access without deleting your account
You can revoke Looppost's access to your TikTok account at any time from your TikTok settings:
- Open TikTok → Profile → Settings → Security → Authorized apps
- Find "Looppost" and tap "Remove access"
This will invalidate your tokens but will not delete your Looppost account data. To delete all data, use the options above.
